Incorporated under the laws of the state of Washington in January 1907. This uncancelled stock certificate is #102 and is issued for 5,000 shares of stock at .00 each and issued on August 1, 1908. 8 1/4"  X 11". Very good condition.
Suitable for framing or just to collect as a piece of rare early mining history. Offices were located in the Raleigh Building in Portland, Oregon with mines in the Coeur d'Alene mining district, Idaho located at Wardner and Murray with 4 tunnels working the quartz veins adjacent to old established placer gold workings. Also included with the certificate is a booklet describing the extent of the property and showing a map of the property of the Poticie Mining Company.
