The Consolidated Alaskan Company was a reorganization of the Alaskan Bonanza Mining, Trading & Transportation Company. The company held 200 mining claims, of 20 acres each, on the Seward Peninsular, Alaska. The stock was sold to raise money to complete a system of ditches on the property, and when the stock offer was completed they planned to sell water to other parties for gold dredging purposes. The owners of the company also owned the Gold Bearing Placer and Quartz Mining Company, with properties near Nome, Alaska and other districts in Alaska.
