Col. A.W. Herrington was the Herrington in Marmon-Herrington. He was on the AAA contest Board.  Probably most famous for his role in the Marmon Automobile Company.
This is a great piece of old original Indy 500 racing history memorabilia. AAA Official Certificate is 10 3/4" across x 8 1/4" tall. AAA Contest Board Official CERTIFICATE OF RECORD from 1947 is still in good original condition.
