Incorporated under the laws of the state of Washington in Spokane May 29, 1905. This cancelled stock certificate is certificate #74 and is issued for 20,000 shares of stock and issued on September 10, 1904. 5 1/2"  X 9 1/2". Very good condition. Mines are
located in Powell County Montana. This gold and copper mining company was dissolved on May 29, 1925.
