    Description

The certificate is dated February 9, 1912.
Nice low numbered certificate , #10.
It appears that the company was formed as part of the receivership process of Augustus Heinze's United Copper Company the company famous for causing the Panic of 1907. The certificate was issued to Edwards S Dunn and signed by Syndicate Managers George E Shaw and John W McKinnon.  All three figure into the Assets Realization Company which held assets of Heinze's mining companies including United Copper Co as per United States Investor, Vol 24 December 1913.
