MERCRUISER LOWER GEAR CASE DRIVESHAFT (Alpha One Gen Two) 45-853648 45-8M014044

Description

Listed here is a USED Mercruiser Lower Outdrive Gearcase Drive Shaft along with Pinion Nut, Pinion Nut Washer, Shims, and Bearing.  These are all Genuine OEM Mercruiser parts NOT aftermarket replacements.  Has minimal wear from normal operation.  Part is fully functional. I  AM NOT GUARANTEEING OPERATION OF SHIMS AND/OR BEARING.  Although they look good they should be changed anytime a driveshaft is replaced according to the service manual.  They are included since I have no use for them.  There is almost no wear from drive shaft seals.  Seal surfaces most likely as close to new as you are going to find.  The part number for the driveshaft is 45-853648 and supersedes to 45-8M0140449 and lists for 0.79.  The part number for the pinion nut is 11-35921 and lists for .20 new from dealer.  The pinion nut washers part number is 12-92721 and lists new for .10 from manufacturer.  These parts were used on MOST of the Alpha 1 Gen 2 from the late 1990s and later.  There were a couple of different shafts for different gear ratios throughout the years so please check your part numbers.  This one came from a 2007 Alpha I Gen II with the 1.65 ratio with very low hours.  The parts you see pictured are the actual parts you will receive with nothing extra.  If you have any questions or need help with compatibility please feel free to contact me and I will help you to the best of my abilities.  Thank you for your interest.  Steve MMSLLC :)
