MERCRUISER BELL HOUSING / GIMBAL RING WASHER 12-8M0162651 12-72498 (Set of 2)

Description

Listed here is a pair (set of 2) Mercruiser Bell Housing Washers.  These are Genuine OEM Mercruiser parts NOT cheap Chinese aftermarkets.  The part number for these washers is 12-8m0162651 sometimes just 8m0162651 which is superseded from 12-72498 or sometimes just 72498.  These are the washers that go between the bell housing and gimbal ring of many Mercruiser gear cases and prevent metal on metal contact.  DO NOT install your bell housing without these washers or metal can quickly grind away.  Came off the assembly line in 2023 so they are not old stock that's been laying around.  There were a few variations of these washers over the years so I have posted some pictures of the measurements so you can verify.  The washers you will receive will come from pack pictured or another pack exactly the same.
