MERCRUISER ALPHA SHIFT SHAFT 621041

Description

Listed here is a USED Mercruiser Shift Shaft.  This is a Genuine OEM Mercruiser part NOT an aftermarket replacement.  Has light surface patina covering entire outer portion of shaft.  None of the corrosion is deep.  Part is fully operational.  AM NOT GUARANTEEING THE COTTER PIN.  Pin is stainless and intended for one time use.  It should work fine but if it breaks for some reason it will need to be replaced.  Parts you see pictured are the actual parts you will receive with nothing extra.  Comes with shift shaft part number 621041,  shift shaft washer 12-32666, and shift shaft cotter pin 18-32665.  Shift shaft lists for .75 new from the dealer.  This is the shift shaft that moves the shifter shoe shaft on the lower gear case on the Alpha One Gen One gear case.  These were used on many of the lower units throughout the 1980s and even into the early 1990s.  WILL NOT fit on the Gen II gearcases.  This one came off of a 1989 drive that was used only on an Orlando chain of lakes its entire life and has never seen salt water.  If you have any questions or need help with compatibility please feel free to contact me and I will help you to the best of my abilities.  Thank you for your interest.  Steve :)
