Kenneth Brack and Bobby Rahal came by the studios to promote the event and I got this shirt signed by both. No there is no COA. I can get you one but they run to 0 and I would add that onto the cost of the shirt. A rare find with both drivers' autographs and a must for Indy fans.I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
