    Incorporated under the laws of the State of Colorado in 1899, located on Ironclad Hill in Cripple Creek, Colorado. This cancelled stock certificate #605 was issued for 3,000 shares of stock and issued on March 16, 1904. 9"  X 11 1/4" with stub attached. Very good condition.
