Incorporated under the laws of the state of South Dakota. This un-cancelled stock certificate is certificate #82 and is issued for 300 shares of stock and issued on November 27, 1935. 8 1/2"  X 10 3/4". Very good condition.
Suitable for framing or just to collect as a piece of early American mining history. This gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc mine was located in Lime Gulch 9 miles from Superior Montana. This old property was formerly known as the Montana Gold Hill Mining Company (1916).
