Upper Gear Housing Set for an OMC Outdrive. It contains the Drive Gear, Driven Gear, and 3 Bearings. The ratio is 21T / 19T. It will fit the following applications: OMC Stringer Drive with a 165 HP inline 6-cyl, and OMC Stringer Drive with a 4.3L (262 c.i.d.) V-6. This item replaces OMC # 984262.
