What are the different types of door hardware?
Entry
hardware installs on exterior doors, and includes knobs or handlesets (handle with deadbolt) that lock with keys or touch pads from the outside and turnbuttons from inside. A deadbolt lock optimizes security.
Privacy
hardware is designed for bedrooms and bathrooms, locking with turnbuttons and not requiring keys.
Passage
knobs and levers are designed for hallway doors, laundry rooms and closet doors that latch but don’t lock.
Dummy
knobs and levers are decorative hardware pieces designed for pantry doors or other doors that only require a pull to open, with no latch or lock.

We will refund any shipping over payments when we process your order.
We will combine all the items you order into one shipment so you only pay one flat shipping charge. It is important that you do not make any payment until you have ordered all your items. Once you have ordered all your items you can make payment and shipping will automatically be combined. We charge the shipping rate on the item with the highest shipping. Example: If you order door hardware with shipping of $ 6.95 and some cabinet hardware with shipping of $ 6.95 you will only pay one shipping charge of $ 6.95. Flat rate shipping only applies to the 48 States. Shipping to HI, AK or PR may not be available or be at a higher rate.
Return Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after the product was delivered to you.
Please call to obtain a RGA number before returning your item. All items must be in the original un-opened packaging. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items. Buyer pays the return shipping charges for all returned items. We will issue a refund using the same method you used to make your payment. Please allow 7-10 days for returns to be processed.
