For your consideration is this issued and uncanceled Rio Plata Mining Company stock certificate for 200 shares.  The certificate is made out to R.J. Horner and is signed by the President and Secretary of the company, also having the companies embossed seal.  These mines were located in Sonora, Mexico but incorporated under the laws of the Territory of Arizona. This stock is offered as a collectible item and has no monetary value.
