Issued July 2, 1937
in the amount of 5000 shares at  1 cent per share. This is certificate #51 issued jointly to Henry G. Heiser and William H. Heiser.  Signed by the president and secretary and with the blind stamp of the company as well. The certificate is 8 1/2" X 10 3/4". The offices were located in Wallace Idaho with mines located in the
Coeur d'Alene (Shoshone County) mining district of Idaho
. This "depression" era penny stock indicated how desperate mine operators were to get capitol to operate their properties. This company was short lived.
