    The company was incorporated in New Jersey in 1898.
    Dated February 1, 1900.
    The company worked claims at Ainsworth Camp at one time known as Hot Springs on the eastern shore of Lake Kootenay. It was one of the oldest mining camps in British Columbia. The mines produced silver, zinc and lead ores.
